Affirmations

·       We affirm the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong union between a man and a woman.  Because sex is a gift of God, it is to enjoyed within the bounds of marriage as God has designed it.  (Genesis 2:24, Romans 1:26-27; Hebrews 13:4)

·       We affirm the sanctity of human life from the point of conception until death.  Because life is created by God, all human beings, regardless of their age or perceived usefulness, are loved and valued by God and require our protection and care.  (Jeremiah 1:5, Psalm 139:16; Proverbs 31:8)
